1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to the eGP Tender Assistant Pro Chrome Extension, its associated account registration, license verification, subscription, payment-request, remote configuration, and customer-support services.
By installing or using the Extension, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide, protect, license, and support the Extension.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. Autofill and e-GP Website Data
The Extension operates on supported e-GP pages to automate user-requested form-filling, encryption, mapping, and related tender-submission tasks.
Information already displayed on a supported webpage, and information entered or selected by the user for autofill, is processed only as needed to perform the requested Extension function.
We do not sell website form data. The Extension is not designed to collect passwords, payment PINs, banking credentials, or unrelated browsing history. Users remain responsible for reviewing all automatically completed information before saving, encrypting, or submitting any tender.
6. Data Storage and Security
Account, license, subscription, payment-request, and security information may be stored on our protected server. Certain Extension preferences and operational data may also be stored locally in your Chrome browser using Chrome's extension storage facilities.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, access controls, server-side authentication, database protections, session controls, and security logging. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain subscription and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and comply with legal requirements.
Diagnostic and security records may be retained for a limited period based on operational and security needs. Some transaction or security records may be retained longer where required by law or necessary to prevent abuse.
8. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us using the details below. Please provide the registered mobile number and sufficient information for account verification.
Verified deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days. Information that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes may be retained only for the required period.
Removing the Extension from Chrome deletes the Extension from your browser, but it does not automatically delete server-side account, license, transaction, or support records. A separate deletion request is required for server-side data.
9. Chrome Extension Permissions
The Extension may request permissions such as storage, active-tab or tab access, scripting, and access to supported e-GP website addresses. These permissions are used only to provide the Extension's disclosed functionality.
Storage
Used to save settings, registration or license state, user preferences, and workflow information required for Extension operation.
Active tab, tabs, or scripting
Used to detect supported pages and run user-requested automation on the current e-GP page.
Host access
Used to operate on supported e-GP webpages and communicate with our production API for registration, license verification, remote configuration, subscription, and support features.
10. Limited Use of Data
Information accessed through Chrome Extension permissions is used only to provide or improve the Extension's clearly disclosed, user-facing functionality, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.
We do not use data obtained through Extension permissions for personalized advertising, creditworthiness assessment, unrelated profiling, or sale to data brokers.
11. Children's Privacy
The Extension is intended for professional and business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our Extension, legal obligations, security practices, or data-handling processes change. The revised policy will show a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Extension, website, or another appropriate channel.
